Initiate Your Request
Log into your Unze London account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack the Items
Securely place the unworn items back into their original branded box with all tags attached, ensuring you include a copy of the original invoice or the return slip.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or post office.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
